Lollicup Coffee & Tea Customers

I found it necessary to call to verify the size of the product, and the person who answered the phone was extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed. It is very easy to order from the site, and the product is shipped almost immediately. The free shipping is a nice feature. Though I saw a slightly lower price elsewhere, the customer service, freeshipping and helpful attitude MORE than made up for the few pennies difference. (Y. Bob 04.07)

I want to thank you for your excellent service. I tried Lollicup for the first time last week. A friend of mine offered it to me, and I really enjoyed it, so I bought my own and I've been addicted to Lollicup ever since. I thought it would be gross, but I liked it. There's a Lollicup right down the street from my house and my friends and I go there very often, especially after school. The shop is very nice. Kids at my school go there often but not as much as my friends and I go. Congratulations on your great success and thank you againfor your great service and delicious. (B. Courtney 04.07)

I have been to your store in Irvine, CA and really fell in love with your Boba drink. I moved to Santa Barbara, CA and noticed there is no store near by. It would be great if there was a store in Santa Barbara. Please let me know if there are any plans to have one in the near future. These drinks and menu selection is wonderful and I'm pretty sure it would do very well in the Tri-County area of California. UC Santa Barbara university is located here as well and I know students from all areas of California will recognize Lollicup. Anyways, thanks for bringing a wonderful and delicious cultural drink to the US. (N. Yamashita, 01.07)

Ever considered a market in western NY? I have not even tasted your products, but they look great! I have tasted such delights while in CA (at local restaurants, not your franchise) and would love for folks back here to enjoy the same. Love black pearls in my drinks! (M. Erdogan, 12.06)

When I first saw your Lollicup drinks, I was amazed. The way you designed your cups made me want to drink some. The way your cups had sealed wrapper tops and you poke the top with a straw was so cool! I would like to thank my aunt for introducing me to Lollicup. I had only tried Green Apple Slush and Boba Milk Tea. I like Green Apple Slush better, but the Boba in Boba Milk Tea are really good. Your Lollicups are irresistible, no lies. I am starting a goal, and it is to try all the flavors to see what is good and what is not. Yet, what I do not like is how in Massachusetts I only know two places where Lollicup is sold. They are the city of Brighton and the city of Quincy, and I live all the way in Malden, MA. That then makes me travel all the way to Boston just to get a Lollicup. But, hey I cannot resist your delicious drinks. They are so superbly good! It would be very nice if there were a Lollicup store in a nearby city. If that is not possible, it is alright. I would travel all the way to California just to get the best Lollicup ever! (J. Vo 09.06)

I love Lollicup. I buy it twice a week! (K. Ringor 07.06)

I love Lollicup. [I] wish there was one in Charlotte, NC. (J. Cruz 03.06)

It has been a month since I moved from Southern California to Alaska. I had not known how much I had taken you for granted! How easy it was to drive to Diamond Bar to get a delicious cup from 99 Ranch Market, or to see the newest opening in Ontario that was even closer! I figured, "There has to be some Boba place up in Anchorage. It's a very multicultural area with lots of worldly foods and places, so there must be a good place!" I was wrong! So wrong! There's a tiny kiosk in a tiny mall and it serves the most inferior "Boba" drinks. To call it truly Boba would be a lie. Some nasty, flavored, gritty mix with a scoop of Boba at the bottom -- and they don't even make fruit juice teas! I implore thee! A Lollicup in Anchorage is meant to be! Is there any chance, any news that perhaps the best Boba place is going to grace the tundra? It would be greatly accepted here, and I can only hope someone has already applied for a license and will open one soon! (T. Combs 02.06)

Hi, my name is Kimberly and I live in Reno, NV. My family and I are huge fans of the Boba drinks you offer (as are many of our friends here). We are from California, where there's a ton of places to choose from. Unfortunately we only have one place that offers Boba here in Reno. This place has bland Boba and the drinks are extremely milky, overall not enjoyable. I was hoping you would consider opening a new location here in Reno, NV. Reno's economy has been booming lately with many new residents, most from California. I think this would be a prime city for a new business location. No real competition and all these Californians looking for their Boba fix. Please consider this city for a new location, I can already promise a number one fan...ME. Thank you for your time! (K. Treece 02.06)

I really enjoy your drinks. My first Boba [experience] was in [Lollicup -] Chinatown. I had the mango slush with Boba. Mmmmmmmmmmm! That was so good! Thank you! (L. J. 01.06)

I often purchase your bubble tea at Kam Man in Quincy. It is my favorite drink and the taste is incredible. It tastes like lollipop in a cup! (L. Scafati, Walpole, MA 11.05)

I am writing to compliment your company for producing such awesome drinks and food. I have been to many different places that sell Boba, but without a question, your stores are the best. I would also like to thank your stores in Elk Grove and Sacramento for their repeatedly good food and service. Every time I go there, the workers are all so enthusiastic and kind. Also I would like to compliment the food you provide on your menu such as the popcorn chicken. It has the best seasoning and dipping sauce that I have ever tried. Thank you for offering such great food and drinks. Also, thank you for doing such an outstanding job with your staff. (T. Choy 09.05)

I am amazed with the product and taste of the Lollicup drinks. I think it is the best smoothies out there for consumers. All I needed was one drink and I am hooked. This product will revolutionize the industries. (Phit, Phoenix, AZ 07.05)

Hi! Thanks so much for the gift certificate and PiC shirt.  It is so thoughtful of you to offer them as gifts!  I was so excited to receive them so quickly!  We first had Boba when my son was at Boston University.  We love it and had drinks with it every chance we could.  Now that he's finished and home in New Jersey, we are so happy to have a place to get it.  It's quite a drive, but worth it.  We hope you'll open new locations in New Jersey and New York City. Thanks so much! (T. Scutro, Plainfield, NJ 06.05) LolliClub Member

Dear Lollicup, I went to your store in Northridge while visiting a friend. She said that I just had to try this new coffee/tea shop called Lollicup for a Bubble Tea. So we went and I had a Banana Milk Tea, it was wonderful! There were so many other flavors that I am dying to try. I am craving more, but there are no Lollicup stores in my area. When are you going to be opening a store in the Calabasas/ Agoura Hills/ Westlake Village Area? Don't hold back! It's time to explore the wonders of Boba at Lollicup! Sincerely, (J. Detterman 05.05)

My name is J. Dwinnell. I moved to Litchfield Park with my husband and stepson last August from San Diego, CA. Since being here in Arizona, I've really missed the availability of going to a place that serves Boba drinks. In San Diego, you can pretty much get Boba anywhere (National City, Tierrasanta, Clairmont Mesa, Chula Vista, etc). I was in the Palm Valley Pavillions today (looking for a job) and saw the sign for Lollicup and couldn't believe my eyes! An actual place to get boba without having to drive all the way to Phoenix! I've been to the Lollicup in National City, CA and can't wait to visit the Avondale, AZ location! Can you please tell me exactly when will Lollicup open this month? My husband and I will definitely visit and I will also let my family from San Diego who are moving to Surprise, AZ about your opening (do expect a lot of Philipinos!)!Thank you for your time! (J. Dwinnell 04.05)

First of all, I am actually writing regarding the NEW Albuquerque location. It is open now and should be added to the pull-down list of locations. I am ADDICTED to Lollicup now! In the past week alone, since discovering Albuquerque's Lollicup, I have visited the store almost every day! I have bought and taken drinks to friends unfamiliar with the Boba concept, brought friends into the store, and become a regular face with the employees. Let me say that I am absolutely thrilled to live in a city fortunate to have a Lollicup! The idea is fresh and the drink selection is amazing! I have my favorites (taro root milk tea, lavender milk tea, and the iced coffee) but try to select a new one each visit! The staff at this location is wonderful. Each employee is courteous, friendly, and explanatory to new customers. I am glad I've been offered samples of different drinks as well. I believe the manager is Judy -- she is also a great cook and offers some fantastic daily specials. Today, right now, I am enjoying a warm bowl of green chili stew. Other offerings I have tried are a scrumptious cheeseburger with fries and a chicken curry rice bowl. The prices are affordable too! I also love the fact that the store is clean and roomy, and - as you can tell - is wired for internet use. My only complaint is that there aren't more stores in my area! I actually live on the other side of town and must travel a great distance to enjoy my Lollicup. THANK YOU for bringing the fantastic store and concept to my city! (N. Mischel 04.05)

Hi, I just wanted to say that Lollicup has the best Vanilla Latte. I tried one at Starbucks and it tasted horrible. I've been going to Lollicup for a few months now because they just [opened] one by my house (next door to a weight loss place) and I haven't tried anything else BESIDES the Vanilla Latte because it's so good. Hopefully it gets more famous then Starbucks! (L. Chabert 02.05)

This is a letter in reference to my experiences at many of the Lollicup chains that I've gone to. Specially, I would like to express the excellence of the Lollicup chain located in Northridge, California. ... I enjoy the interior design that gives a feeling of comfort. One of the workers that worked at the cashier was very kind and hospitable. She was also prompt to my order. .... I went to the Northridge Lollicup with a group of friends on January 17, 2005 and I had complete satisfaction from the overall service. (H.S. Yoo, Boston, MA 01.05)

Dear Lollicup, In recent years, Harvard Square has become a dark, dark place. Sadly, many of us have watched as some of the Square's most charming locales have been replaced by large and impersonal chain stores. So, you can imagine our delight to see the construction of our beautiful new Lollicup on JFK Street! Until now, we have braved dodgy buses, traffic jams and crowds just to get to Allston, home of the Super 88 Lollicup. And then, the doors of Lollicup swung open for the first time. I think that sheer joy is the only way to describe the emotion that we felt upon your arrival. Now that we have a Lollicup right in our backyard, we can indulge our need for tapioca and sugar anytime we want! So, I would like to send a thank you both to you and to the friendly owner. Lollicup is something, which our neighborhood has sorely needed for a very long time. Thank you for bringing this light to our horizon! (M. Thomsen, Boston, MA)

As a regular customer at the Lollicup in Loma Linda, I love being able to walk in and receive great service.  I try to go to this site as much as possible because I just love the environment of the stores.  The employees are very kind and customers friendly. Lately I haven't had the time to go there due to my busy schedule, but I would like to take this opportunity to compliment your business for good service.  I'm very happy that you have finally made opened a site near my area because now I don't have to drive too far to get some Boba.  Speaking of Boba, my favorite one is the Passion Fruit Slush.  I also have many friends that enjoy he wonderful taste of Boba and it's certainly something that we will not get tired of. (S. Ancheta, Loma Linda, CA)

I came upon Lollicup for the first time when I visited Los Angeles for the first time and completely fell in love with it and I recently found one near where I go to college (Charlotte, NC!!) I was soooo excited and I hopped into my car immediately despite the fact that I was schedule to go to a show.... yeah ...bubble tea has that much impact on me.  Charlotte is a very diverse city and a few Asian restaurants have attempted to offer bubble tea but they NEVER make it right.  I just wanted to let you know how happy-relieved-excited I am that there is a Lollicup in Charlotte. (H.T. Choi, Charlotte, NC)

I love your tapioca milk tea and your taro slush with pearls (Boba.) How do you make those drinks? I make homemade milk tea but the ones you make got me addicted and wanting for more…. Can you please [open a store] in R.I? I live in R.I. and I just can't get enough [that] I always have to drive to Boston to get it. (T. Tran, Rhode Island)

Dear Lollicup, I stopped by and was a bit nervous about trying one of your drinks, but the strawberry slush with Boba was DELICIOUS!!! Way to go! I'll come back and send my friends. (L. Shectman, Boston, MA)

I went to the Lollicup store in Salt Lake City for the first time today. Lots of people I've run into online have been talking about how obsessed they are with these drinks and I can understand why! They're amazing! I had the vanilla-almond. Excellent!… Again, thank you for creating a wonderful product. I will be moving to Las Vegas in a month or so and was pleased to find out there is a Lollicup there waiting for me. (Salt Lake City)
