Alan Yu - Co-Founder & CEO/President
Alan graduated from UCLA in 1993 and had started several successful companies since then in the Entertainment and Telecommunication industry under EMC Group Inc. Sensing the increasing demand for alternative beverage in the US market, and the lack of sufficient supply, he introduced Lollicup to the United States in the spring of 2000.
As CEO & President of the company, Alan is the undisputable leader guiding the company with his vision for Lollicup to become the industry leader in the Boba, tea & coffee and restaurant supplies business. He established Lollicup's Trademark Licensing Program that differentiates Lollicup from its competitors, allowing individual café owners more freedom in their business dealings. Attempting to further expand the company, he constantly seeks various business partnerships and joint venture opportunities. As the leader, he injects entrepreneurial spirits and serves as the visionary of the company.
Under Alan's guidelines, Lollicup is at the forefront of the beverage industry in product update and customer services. With more than 60 Lollicup TeaZone cafés and more than five hundred private label clients, Lollicup USA continues its quest to become the ultimate supplier of the Boba, tea and coffee industry.

Marvin Cheng - Co-Founder & Executive VP
Marvin entered the Entertainment and Telecommunication business with Alan Yu in 1993. In the spring of 2000, Marvin joined his prior business partner in establishing Lollicup USA Inc.
As the Executive VP, Marvin spearheads supply-chain management and inventory control. Overseeing all purchasing functions, he negotiates to reduce overall costs to sustain Lollicup's competitive advantages. Holding fast to Lollicup's principle in supplying high quality products to our customers, Marvin manages Lollicup's quality control functions to ensure our products are made with quality ingredients and surpassed that of our competitors.
Additionally, Marvin oversees our R&D functions, sustaining the corporate believe in product innovation. He generates new ideas by gathering new product information based on customer feedback. His goal is to provide customers new drinking experience through on-going new product release.

Joanne Wang - VP of Sales and Operation
Joanne possesses extensive management experience prior to joining Lollicup. She led e-commerce development, sales and marketing communications at several companies including Alaska Premium Beverage & Bottling, Premiere TeleMedia, Bigzoo.com and Pincity.com.
As the VP of Sales and Operation, Joanne is responsible for executing strategic and tactical operational plans. She plays a vital figure in the company's continuous expansion into new markets. She seeks to achieve organizational efficiency and profit objectives, while assuring a strong corporal management capability. In support of the company's growth strategy, she takes a leadership role in efforts to integrate and optimize the functional areas of both the existing and future business opportunities.
